Qualifications

Qualifications:
2-3 years experience in management/leadership roles
Experience in effectively meeting/exceeding sales goals and targets individually
Experience in managing team sales targets
Ability to handle customer/staff issues effectively so both parties are satisfied
Ability to think critically to help solve problems
Ability to empower the team and encourage a positive working environment
Fosters customer relationships and builds connections to customers to provide positive memorable experiences
Saturday and Sunday Availability from 9am - 6pm
Schedule Flexibility operating days/hours can vary based on appointment bookings

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in head-to-toe alterations, repair and tailoring for bridal dresses and evening gowns
Ability to sew dresses on sewing machine and by hand with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Work well with others, paying attentions to details, and delivering results on a timely basis
Understanding and executing the standards, code of conduct, and store policies
Must be able to speak and read in English
